Place of Hope's Jeannine Morris Honored as Woman Volunteer of the Year

Jeannine Morris, a dedicated volunteer with Place of Hope for over two decades, has been named the Junior League of Boca Raton's 2025 Woman Volunteer of the Year.

Her recognition came during the League's 38th annual luncheon and fashion show, held at The Boca Raton resort on November 21, 2025.

The event celebrated 40 nominees from various nonprofits, with more than 900 attendees gathering to honor their contributions.

Morris's journey with Place of Hope began 22 years ago, evolving into a pivotal role in establishing their Boca Raton campus on Boca Rio Road.

Alongside her husband, she serves as a licensed respite foster parent, providing temporary care for children in need.

Her unwavering dedication has significantly impacted the lives of countless children and families in the community.
